The Blue River area in the North Thompson and Kamloops also saw new daily temperature records.

Blue River area (28.6°C) – old record of 28°C set in 1981
Kamloops (32.4°C) – old record of 31.7°C set in 1967
Kelowna (30.1°C) – tied with a record set in 2001
Penticton (30°C) – old record of 29.4°C set in 1924
Summerland (30.8°C) – old record of 29.1°C set in 2009
Vernon (30.1°C) – old record of 29.5°C set in 1998
