The Regional District has some additional information on the park including the restrictions on park use.
The park is easy to get and has ample parking located just off of Spencer Road. Once out of the parking lot you will have two choices for paths to take, you can take one on the way up and the other on the way down as they both link back up.
There is a warning along the path to be aware of poison ivy.

Keep in mind that the further you go up the creek, the more challenging the trail becomes.
