Little Hobo Soup and Sandwich Shop is officially open again.
Owner Crystal Dougan announced in a Facebook post this morning, April 17, that while the renovations of the 596 Leon Ave sandwich shop are not entirely finished, the doors are open to the public.
“Things aren’t perfect… but it ain’t the ritz,” Dougan said in the post. “We will get there for sure… a few more weekends of touch ups and we are there.”
Originally, Little Hobo was expected to have a one-month closure for renovations, but there were several delays during the process.
Little Hobo temporarily moved to the old location of Renegade Kitchen, but Dougan felt she couldn’t serve customers from that spot, so the meals made were sold from the freezer section of other local businesses.
Frozen meals are still available at the following locations:
Dougan added: “See ya in short times!”
